Admissions

Application Process:

To be accepted to JCS, a family must submit a complete application to the school including:

  • Report Card
  • Shot Records
  • Letter of Recommendation from Pastor
  • Letter of Recommendation from Teacher or Administrator ( for all secondary students)
  • School Picture/Snapshot

When the application is complete, and there is an opening, the family is called in for an interview.

Enrollment Fee

An enrollment fee of $300 is due at the time of acceptance (for new students) or by 1st April (for returning students). There are discounts available to students for early payments, as follows:

  • $75 if paid by Feb 15;
  • $50 if paid by March 15.
  • After March 15 full fee will be charged.

THE ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Class Fees

Class fees are charged for supplies for elective classes and labs as follows:

  • Elementary Art, Music, Band
    $30.00 each
  • Secondary Art, Band, Choir, Drama
    $30.00 each
  • Labs Classes (Science & Computer)
    $30.00 each

Elementary $250/yr

Secondary

Athletes:

  • Middle School (6-8th) …………………………… $500/yr
  • High School (9-12th) …………………………….. $650/yr

Non-Athlete

  • Middle School (6-8th) …………………………… $300/yr
  • High School (9-12th) …………………………….. $400/yr

ALL PRICES ARE CURRENT FOR THE
2018 – 2019 SCHOOL YEAR

  • $5300/yr. – 1st student
  • $4900/yr. – 2nd student
  • $4600/yr. – 3rd student

Tuition may be paid in one, two, ten or twelve payments, as follows:

  • One payment (full amount due)
    August 1st. (5% off all qualifying items)
  • Two payments (½ amount due each payment)
    August 1st, January 1st. (5% off Tuition only)
  • 10 payments
    Monthly, beginning August 5th or 20th
  • 12 payments
    Monthly, beginning June 5th or 20th

Other Secondary Fees

  • High School Retreat (mandatory for 9th-12th) $250
  • ORUEF High School Missions Trip (mandatory, last week of school) $400
  • Senior Graduation Fee (12th) $100
